Founder and Principal Consultant Robert Beuker brings more than 25 years of experience leading engineering, organizations in international environments.


Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams through growth, transformation and operational improvement programs. His approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution, enabling organizations to achieve measurable and lasting results.

Who am I?


I am an experienced technical leader with more than 25 years in product engineering, operations, and business leadership. During my 23 years at Cytiva, I built global teams, transformed organizations, and translated complex technical challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions. I bring structure, direction, and collaboration, and I develop teams so they can truly excel. Now that my role has ended due to a reorganization, I am ready to apply my experience within an organization that wants to grow, professionalize, or undergo a transformation.

I lead with positivity, respect, and genuine attention, creating collaboration where people are treated the way they themselves would want to be treated.

Senior Director Product Engineering

Cytiva, Medemblik


2023 - 2025


In 2023 Pall and Cytiva merged into one company supporting the industry with the widest product portfolio for pharmaceutical manufacturing and bioprocessing. As part of the merge my task was to align engineering teams from both well established companies and drive the most efficient engineering methodologies.


Accomplishments: 

  • Directed global Product Engineering teams, establishing and implementing strategies for product lifecycle engineering to achieve global alignment. 
  • Oversaw the development and execution of a prioritized change roadmap, ensuring optimal execution and efficient resource allocation. 
  • Drove continuous improvement in change management, reducing NCRs, customer complaints and forced changes.
  • Fostered strong collaboration and trust across R&D, operations, supply chain, quality, sourcing and product management functions. 
  • Championed talent development and succession planning, enhancing organizational capabilities.
  • Restructured the product engineering team to sharpen the focus on innovation, improve prioritization and workload balance, and increased visibility of sustaining projects.

Director Product Engineering

Pall, Medemblik


2014- 2023


In 2014 Pall Life Sciences acquired Medistad to strengthen its position in the Single Use Technology market. My main task was to transfer the manufacturing of Single Use Manufacturing to the site in Medemblik, to build the Product Engineering Team and shorten lead times of customized Single Use Systems from design to delivery.


Accomplishments: 

  • Established and led Single Use Technology product engineering organization, ensuring global alignment.
  • Directed engineering activities for Single Use Technology at multiple sites, coordinated global resources.
  • Maintained responsibility for legacy OEM Biotech business.
  • Key member of integration team for Medistad merger.
  • Managed transfer of UK production site to Medemblik, ensuring continuity of Supply
  • Led multidisciplinary teams and contributed to strategic planning.
  • Drove global alignment of Single-Use Technology product engineering, optimized supply chain resilience, established governance for product sustainment, and built high-performing, inclusive teams.

Business Unit Manager

Medistad Biotech, Medemblik


2009- 2014


In 2009 Medistad Biotech was created to strengthen and grow Single Use Technology as Contract Development and Contracht Manufacturing at companies that supply Single Use Technology to bioprocessing and pharmaceutical industry. As Business Unit Manager my main goal was to support the growth and to scale the Single Use Technology development and manufacturing within Medistad.


Accomplishments: 

  • Built and expanded customer base, developed manufacturing for single-use products.
  • Defined and implemented commercial strategy.
  • Identified clients and strategic partners in global biopharma market.
  • Oversaw product/process development, led multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintained strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Approved quotations, set sales prices, negotiated supply contracts.
  • Member of management team for strategic decision-making.

Project Manager

Medistad Medical, Medemblik


2002- 2009


In 2002 I joined Medistad Medical to lead projects for the development and manufacturing of Medical Devices. Medistad Medical was a contract development and contract manufacturing organization with large cleanrooms to manufacture products for IV therapy, oncology, clinical nutrition and many other applications.


Accomplishments: 

• Built relationships with international customers, spearheaded new business development and strategic partnerships for Single Use Technology products.

• Maintained strong connections with key stakeholders.

• Led development projects for disposable products for IV therapy, oncology, and clinical nutrition.

• Conducted feasibility studies, collaborated on cost calculations and investment planning.
